How this board will work
Each step becomes a PlanStep object with a status, and every staff section files a StaffInput against the active step (that is the section update workflow). Completing a step generates its product shells from live data: mission analysis pulls the IPOE outputs and writes draft PIRs into PIR Management. Export targets per product: PPTX and PDF, so the brief leaves the portal in the format the room expects. Sketch work happens on the Whiteboard.
